Important account information

In collaboration with MUSC Health, Tidelands Health MyChart is linked to MUSC Health MyChart.

• If you already have an MUSC Health MyChart account, you can use your MUSC Health MyChart username and password to access your Tidelands Health MyChart account. You won’t need to set up a new MyChart account.
• If you don’t have an MUSC Health MyChart account, you’ll need to establish a Tidelands Health MyChart account. You’ll select a username and password when you set up your Tidelands Health MyChart account.

Accessing medical records

As part of our transition to Epic, your medical records are being migrated to MyChart. Please be aware we’ll migrate your past three years of lab results and past five years of imaging results. Please note: Lab and imaging results for the period of Jan. 1-March 1 will not be visible in MyChart until April 30.)

If you need access to medical records not available in MyChart, you can always request them online, via mail or via fax. Find more information on requesting medical records by clicking here.
