Your Patient Portal has Changed

Tidelands Health has transitioned to the industry-leading Epic electronic medical record platform. You no longer connect to Tidelands Health via the Healow app, the MHealth app or our previous patient portals.

You can now access your Tidelands Health medical records through MyChart, available in the all-new My Tidelands Health app or via tidelandshealth.org. The My Tidelands Health app is available for download now via the App Store or Google Play Store.

In collaboration with MUSC Health, the Tidelands Health MyChart platform is linked to the MUSC Health MyChart platform. That means you – and your providers – can seamlessly access both your Tidelands Health and MUSC Health records.

Accessing medical records

With our transition to Epic, we are migrating your medical records to MyChart. Please be aware we are migrating your past three years of lab results and past five years of imaging results. (Note: Lab and imaging results for the period of Jan. 1-March 1 will not be visible in MyChart until April 30.) If you need access to medical records not available in MyChart, you can always request them online, via mail or via fax. Find more information on requesting medical records by clicking here.

Thank you for trusting Tidelands Health as your partner in health and wellness. With the My Tidelands Health app featuring MyChart, better health is in your hands.

Why aren't all my medications showing in MyChart?

For the safety of our patients, we are reviewing and reconciling each patient’s medication list as part of our transition to Epic. This work is ongoing, and your medications will appear in MyChart once they’ve been reconciled. If you need a refill on a specific medication, please contact your physician’s office for assistance.
