Learn more about nutrition, popular healthy diet plans during next Walk With a Doc in Myrtle Beach

Walk With a DocWith so many healthy diet plans, it can be a challenge finding the right one for you.

Learn about the importance of nutrition to your overall health and delve into two popular diet plans – the Mediterranean diet and intermittent fasting – during the next Walk With a Doc on Saturday, March 14, at 9 a.m. at Grand Park at The Market Common in Myrtle Beach.

Dr. Alexander Suda, a resident physician at Tidelands Health Family Medicine at Holmestown Road, will share his expertise on nutrition, take questions from attendees then lead the group on a self-paced walk around the lake at Grand Park.

The free event is open to all ages, and strollers are welcome. Meet at the picnic pavilion next to Forbus Court near the baseball fields. The event takes place rain or shine.

Every month, Tidelands Health hosts Walk With a Doc, a free community walking initiative in Myrtle Beach launched in May 2017.
